This Shipping and Refund Policy explains how shipping, delivery, refunds, and cancellations are handled for services and products offered through Vea Health, Inc. (“Vea Health,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our Services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Prescription Review and Fulfillment
All prescription medications are issued only after review and approval by a licensed healthcare provider. If a provider determines that treatment is not medically appropriate, no prescription will be issued.

Prescription medications are fulfilled and shipped by licensed U.S. pharmacies in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.

Shipping Policy
Once a prescription is approved and fulfillment has begun, medications are shipped directly to the address provided during checkout.

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors including pharmacy processing times, regulatory requirements, weather conditions, carrier delays, or holidays. Vea Health is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

You are responsible for ensuring that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Vea Health is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments resulting from incorrect address information.

Shipping Restrictions
Certain medications may not be available for shipment to all states due to regulatory restrictions. Availability is determined during the clinical review process.

Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on the stage of the clinical review and fulfillment process.

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • A licensed provider determines that treatment is not medically appropriate

  • Your order is canceled prior to prescription approval and fulfillment

Refunds typically apply to consultation or service fees only, unless otherwise stated.

Non-Refundable Items
Once a prescription has been approved and fulfillment has begun, the following are generally non-refundable:

  • Prescription medications

  • Shipping and handling fees

  • Orders that have already been processed or shipped

This is due to safety, regulatory, and pharmacy handling requirements.

Subscription Cancellations
If you are enrolled in a subscription service, you may cancel future renewals through your account settings prior to the next billing cycle. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not retroactively refund charges for services already rendered or medications already fulfilled.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged shipment or incorrect medication, please contact our support team within a reasonable timeframe. We may request photos or additional information to assist with resolution.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your shipment is delayed or appears lost in transit, contact our support team. While Vea Health cannot guarantee replacement in all cases, we will work with the pharmacy and carrier to assist when possible.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a concern regarding billing or refunds, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of account access.

Policy Updates
We may update this Shipping and Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted with an updated date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
